Specialty Type Products
| GI-179A - Teal |
Use with GI-1000B, 1110B or 1040B to lower modulus / increase elongation by 100%, reduces shore hardness by 3 to 4 points

 |
| GI-UFC |
Ultra fast catalyst - used in place of or in combo w/ std activator to cure a mold in as little as 30 minutes
|
 |
| MR-15 |
Mold release for GI Series and Platinum series, prevents bonding of Silicone to itself
|
 |
| GI Primer |
Promotes adhesion of GI series to wood, fabric, plastic, metal or glass. Catalyzed silicone rubber applied in the liquid phase will chemically react with the primer surface, resulting in adhesion.
|
 |
| GI Thinner |
Lowers viscosity and can softens the cured RTV. Water clear, non-reactive silicone fluid for use with GI or Platinum Series

Additional Silicone's Inc products available upon request.
All activators are available in clear.
Standard Tin and Platinum Series mix ratio is 10:1 by weight, excluding P-17 Black, P-17 Black is 1:1.
All Tin Series products have a minimum of 6 month shelf life.
Tin Series products cure in 16-24 hours @ 75F.
Mixing ratio is 10 parts of Base to 1 part of Activator by weight, excluding P-17; P-17 as shown is a 1:1 ratio. Deviations from
the specified mix ratio will cause changes in the physical properties. Choose a container with a volume that is three to four times
greater than that of the rubber. Weigh the components carefully and mix thoroughly while simultaneously scraping the sides
and bottom of the container to insure that there is no unmixed portion. Place the container in a vacuum chamber and
deaerate at 28 to 29 inches of mercury vacuum until the mass of rubber rises and then collapses. Remove the mixed rubber
and carefully pour over mold, MR-15 is recommended for GI and Platinum molds.
